Franchise Owner and Operator Mike Traub started as a Maintenance Crew. He worked his way up to Shift Manager, Department Manager, General Manager all the way to Director of Operations and now the Owner and Operator of three McDonald’s located in Richmond and Chesterfield area of Virginia.
